Welcome!

My work is based on the understanding that you can heal, grow and feel better! Sometimes making that happen is easy and feels great; other times, it can be challenging to recognize and shift certain thoughts and behaviors. No matter what, you don't have to take this journey alone. I love helping clients discover unique tools, strengths and perspectives to help with their goals. I integrate clinical techniques with the science-backed modalities of yoga and mindfulness, which help build new ways of paying attention to ourselves and the wisdom we innately hold.

In our sessions, we'll explore your true wants and needs, look for patterns and beliefs that are not helpful, and allow space for processing. Mindfulness and somatic (yoga-based) therapy can be wonderful tools for those who resonate with them, yet all techniques we might explore are optional.

I have a friendly, casual style and I like to use a little humor to face life's challenges. My approach is directive, meaning I'll offer evidence-based tools and practices, and keep us on track to work towards your goals!  It's okay if you have no idea what your goals are, what you're even feeling, or if you lack clarity around what you need. You're brave, you're ready and willing, so lets dive in and see what positive shifts await! I'm honored to be with you every step of the way, and look forward to chatting with you.

My Story

From a young age, I’ve been deeply drawn to understanding how people heal, connect, and find meaning through life’s challenges. My own journey—through growth, transitions, and learning to navigate emotions—sparked a calling to walk alongside others as they work through their own stories.

As a therapist, I believe that change happens through compassionate connection, self-awareness, and gentle but courageous exploration. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what’s next, my role is to support you with empathy, clarity, and evidence-based tools tailored to your needs.

In our work together, I’ll help you identify patterns that no longer serve you, build on your innate strengths, and create a space where healing and forward movement feel not only possible—but safe and empowering. I integrate traditional therapeutic modalities with mindfulness-based approaches to honor both the mind and body in the healing process.

My approach is direct and collaborative. I incorporate evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with the science-backed benefits of yoga and somatic awareness. This integrative model allows us to explore both thoughts and physical experiences as we work toward sustainable change.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is your story. My goal is to meet you where you are, celebrate your progress, and provide guidance that feels authentic and empowering. It’s a privilege to be invited into your world, and I’m honored to be part of your journey.

Yoga-Informed Therapy

Yoga-informed therapy is a holistic approach that integrates mindfulness, breathwork, body awareness, and gentle movement into traditional talk therapy. It’s especially helpful for those who struggle with anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, or feeling disconnected from their body. This modality allows you to access healing not just through thoughts and words, but through your physical experience—honoring the deep connection between mind and body.

Unlike a yoga class, yoga-informed therapy is tailored to your emotional and therapeutic goals. You don’t need any prior experience or flexibility to benefit—sessions are gentle, accessible, and always adapted to your comfort level.

At this time, insurance does not typically cover yoga-informed therapy because it is not classified as a standard mental health service. For this reason, these sessions are offered out-of-pocket, with no insurance billing involved.

55-minute session: $120
85-minute extended session: $140

We also offer package options for those committed to deepening their practice and emotional work:

  • 3 sessions for $330

  • 6 sessions for $600
    (when paid upfront)

This is a powerful investment in your well-being. If you’re curious whether yoga-informed therapy is right for you, reach out for a free consultation—we’d love to help you reconnect with yourself in new and meaningful ways.
